Estimating and Proposal Module
The Plumbers Pack Estimating and Proposal Module module allows the sales rep to quickly prepare a quote in-house. Plumbers Pack software provides the flexibility to create a detailed line item estimate with parts, labor and mics items. Items can either be selected from the QuickBooks items list or Excel price list provided by your suppliers. You can also create and Excel document with your flat rate items to select in the estimate.
Fireline provides several pre-designed proposal templates to choose from for printing or email to your customers.
Customer estimates can be revised at any time.
All of your customer estimates/ quotes can be quickly reviewed in the dashboard to manage your back-log and customer follow-up. With a simple click of a button the estimate can be selected and turned into a new sales order for scheduling and purchase orders.
